| ~Hell, Michigan~ (Dedicated to the Pope) Yes, there is a city named Hell. I seem to be the lucky one to live in the state that has such a city. It is the only city in the United States named Hell. This city is a great little place in the middle of no where. So far it consists of about 3 buildings. The country store, Scream ice cream parlor and Halloween store, and the Damn Site Inn. The Inn which is the local bar gets quite packed. They have live bands and the crowd can be quite mixed. Soon there will be things added to this city. I heard plans of a chapel so people can get married in Hell. Also a year round haunted house and perhaps a bed and breakfast may be added. As you may have guessed, this city draws quite the biker crowd. Hell's Angel's and other large groups of bikers ride through. It was almost an infinite amount of bikers coming in and leaving this little town of Hell. I guess they use to come in and take up all the room in the parking lots and so on, and then people driving through for the first time, would just keep driving because all the bikers seemed to intimidate passerbys. The lady at the ice cream store said the guy that kinda sets things up for the city, made a few days out of the year mostly dedicated to the bikers. In return the large groups would not occupy the city all the time. I felt at home in this cozy little place. Perhaps a welcome home feeling as I entered the town. If you live in Michigan, or ever plan to take a trip here. I would suggest checking out this little town. Mostly laid back, and nothing of dramatic actions. Just the surrounding scenery of the roads, the small town atmosphere, and the theme itself can make it a great place to relax. Your soul is pass enough to enter, just leave your crucifix at the gates. Yours Truly, The Devil |
