"Don't think of death as the end. Think of death as a
surprise to a new beginning." |
| I love kayaking and fishing
in the summer, I can't stand it unless I have atleast a good few hours to do it, sometimes
staying on the water for 6,7, or 8 hours in a day. I like music (Fav. Band- Pink Floyd) (Fav. Female- Enya), but theres really to much to list. I like nature, trees, flowers, bonzai's, rivers, streams, lakes, sumac tea, wild black raspberries, cats, dogs, birds, campfires, blue or darkened skies, stars, the moon, the sound of water when I'm the only one left on the lake in my kayak at 1 in the morning, watching the ripples of water that are lit up by the moon glide off my kayak as I slowly coast through the water, ladybugs, the smell of a forest, butterflies, frogs, wild raspberries, rocks, poison ivy (can't get it), the cool designs in the wood of an old tree that's lost its bark, movies, cruising, traveling aimlessly to another state just for an unexpected trip to do nothing in particular, sleeping, comic book characters, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Halloween, making dumb Tom Green like videos with a friend, well paved roads, nice people, gothic, candles, my Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii video, relaxing, helping others, Scotland (never been there), the Highlands, the thought of living in the middle of them with a horse and a small stone house barbarian like. I have been reading, and learning about herbs for medicinal purposes, herbs used by indians and other races throughout the worlds existence, I hope to take what I learn to use on myself and others. I actually use some things for colds, and such. Some herbs I get online, others from just outside my house. I am a very healthy eater, and rarely will you ever see me going out to eat since there are very few organic food joints. I was vegan for awhile, and lost some weight that I wanted to. I now eat meat (free range meat, or fish) once in awhile for that extra boost of protein. I was only vegan for health, not because of the animals dying. I love animals, but I do feel they are part of a human food chain, especially during an ice age, I can't say theres anyway around it. I do not and have never believed humans were made to strictly be vegetarians. I do believe however that under the right living conditions, meat is not needed to survive in a healthy way. I do still stay away from dairy, I believe this slows down the human bodies functions all the way around, so if I catch you ::fights to the death::: with "Silk" chocolate soymilk, it will be going into my stomach. I had my first organic garden in 2001, with the help of family. :::Trips on a weed, falls on the row of beans and gets stabbed in the eye by one::: You know that made no sense, but thinking of what that would look like is to funny. I am trying to be more open and accept others no matter what religion. I believe that if a religion is helping that person and it does'nt interfere with anyone else's life directly, then its a good religion for that person. For me I am eclectic I guess you could say, but recently have taken great interest in Paganism because of its outlook and teachings of nature. I also admire Buddhism I guess for it's peacefulness.
